To ensure transparent protection for both of us, a 20% deposit is processed upfront. Once your full audit report is compiled, I send over a preview/sample. The remaining balance is only invoiced upon final signoff. Under the Find-or-Refund Guarantee, your deposit is fully refundable.
I aim to maintain fast turnaround times. Smaller packages are typically delivered within 24-48 hours, while larger audits can take up to 3 business days. The size of the site will also play a role in turnaround time. I'll keep you updated tracking the progress directly.
Testing occurs native to modern systems: Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android to guarantee real-world physical verification.
Recommendations are usually objective and follow the general 'rules' of website and UX, however there may be cases where a recommendation is subjective. You are free to choose which recommendations to implement.
On the Essential Audit, Advanced Review and Ultimate UX, I guarantee at least 10 real, reproducible issues, including at least 3 rated moderate or critical. If I find fewer, you get a full refund, deposit included. I can't promise specific increases in traffic or sales, because those depend on what you do with the findings. Full details are in the terms.
